Henrik Rosario is a Division I decathlete and Pre-Med student at Marquette University with a proven track record in elite competition and a strong background in multi-event training. With a history that includes national rankings, elite training experience, and multiple championship titles, Henrik specializes in helping athletes unlock next-level explosiveness, refine their mechanics, and dominate in both track and field events, as well as other sports, such as soccer and basketball.


Henrik trains athletes of all ages who want to improve their speed, power, form, and efficiency—whether they're chasing PRs on the track, looking to improve their performance in field events, or building a stronger athletic foundation for other sports.
