Jessica Rosario, MPH, B.S. Kinesiology
Coach | Wellness Strategist
Jessica Rosario brings energy, expertise, and a deep understanding of the human body to every session. With a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and a Master of Public Health, she merges evidence-based training with a holistic approach to movement and wellness. Her mission? To help people of all ages feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies—no matter where they're starting.
Jessica’s fitness career spans personal training, bootcamp instruction, and leadership roles, including serving as a Health & Fitness Director overseeing large-scale wellness programs. As a former personal training business owner, she designed and delivered custom fitness programs in partnership with local gyms and the military's Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Department. In addition to her work in fitness, Jessica also served as an Executive Director for a nonprofit, where she led health-focused community programs and developed a passion for inclusive, accessible wellness.
Having battled with her weight for many years, Jessica knows that fitness isn’t about chasing a “perfect” beach body—it’s about building the strength and energy to enjoy life more fully. After experiencing multiple (mostly horse-related) injuries and surgeries, she developed a deep appreciation for functional movement, pain management, and sustainable training. Her approach emphasizes injury prevention and long-term resilience—helping clients feel strong and capable, whether they’re returning from rehab, starting fresh, or keeping up with active kids.
Jessica is also a seasoned athlete who has completed multiple triathlons, including Ironman 70.3 races. And before focusing full-time on fitness, she worked as a professional dressage trainer in three countries - proof that her passion for training and discipline knows no bounds, whether it’s horses or humans.
